Simple & hassle-free

How it works

Your time in Bali is better spent at the beach. Here is how your laundry gets from your villa to our machines and back.

STEP 01

Book in under a minute

Choose Regular, Express, Villa Linen or Shoes Wash, pick a date and a pickup window, and confirm on WhatsApp. Prefer to chat? Just send us your location and what you need.

STEP 02

We pick up

Our driver collects from your villa, guesthouse, or hotel reception. Pickup and delivery are free within 3 km of our Tibubeneng shop for orders of 5 kg or more. We weigh everything at the shop and send you the total on WhatsApp.

STEP 03

Clean, folded, delivered

Each order runs in its own machine on modern, high-performance equipment, then is dried, ironed and folded. Tell us about luxury or special garments and we will handle them separately.
